A: Established for 20 years it goes without saying we have A LOT of experience! We totally understand how difficult it is putting the wellbeing of your pets in the hands of someone else and because of this we never underestimate how much trust our customers put in us. We are a Husband & Wife team with no additional staff so you can be assured of a personal & consistent service. We’re responsible, conscientious, extremely capable, friendly & come with bags of experience not only from our work but also from being pet owners ourselves most of our lives (currently we are pawrents to 3 cheeky Boston Terriers who keep us busy when we’re not working!). Our vehicles are not sign-written for a more discreet service which does not draw attention to the fact your home may be unoccupied when we are visiting your pets. Our Dog walking service is suitable for any dog who enjoys a walk aswell as dogs who would not thrive in the more commonly available multi-dog ‘group’ environment. We are also of course fully insured with an industry specific policy & references are available on request from existing or former clients. Q: What areas do you cover? A: We currently cover the following areas in Stamford, Lincolnshire, PE9. Most (but not all) areas within Stamford town, Tinwell, Easton on the Hill, Wothorpe & Collyweston. Any spaces/availability we have will be dependent on your location in relation to our existing commitments. Q: Do I need to commit to a certain number of walks/visits per week to secure your services? A: Yes. We only offer & maintain slots in our schedule for clients who need us & continue to use us on a recurring weekly basis for at least 2-3 days per week depending on the service (excluding normal annual leave or school holidays for teachers). Q: I only need someone occasionally for my dogs can you still help? A: Anyone requiring our services as a ‘one-off’ are welcome to ask but we cannot commit until a few days before due to needing to be available for our regular clients needs. Q: Do you provide any Dog Sitting services? A: Unfortunately not. This requires a more dedicated service which we are unable to provide at present & we do not provide a boarding service in our home. Also, our Dog pop-ins are not available to dogs who will subsequently be left on their own overnight or for extended periods of time. Q: Do you have a cancellation policy? A: Services may be cancelled at any time without charge except for some same day notifications which are chargeable at our discretion depending on the circumstances. Please do bear in mind though that our Dog Walking spaces are in very high demand therefore frequent cancellations may put your slot at risk as we only hold spaces in our schedule to those meeting our minimum use requirements. How does it work? A: Please get in touch with the type of service you are looking for, your location (a postcode would be great) & of course lots of information about your dogs (we also love pictures!) & we'll take it from there. If we are able to help you we then arrange a free of charge, no obligation 'Meet & Greet' consultation. Presuming you are happy to proceed, we have a little bit of paperwork that needs completing & you will be also be asked to agree to our Terms of Service (these are normally emailed over beforehand where possible). We'll agree an arrival time window with you and the length of the service & anything particular you would like us to do or not do during the walk/visit and also ask for a door key if you will not usually be at home (keys are only identifiable by us).
